How do I earn commissions?

All you have to do is share your affiliate links across your social channels (Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube, your blog, etc.) — anyone who makes a valid purchase through your links will generate a commission for you.

How can I see my sales?

Upon being accepted into our program, you’ll receive a welcome email that shows you how to log into your CHANI Affiliate Account. Your account dashboard showcases your current sales generated as well as other helpful tools to stay active!

How can I get in touch with the CHANI team?

By becoming an authorized affiliate of CHANI, you acknowledge and agree to adhere to the terms and conditions outlined in this Agreement. Please thoroughly review this Agreement before proceeding to register and promote CHANI as an Affiliate.

Your engagement in the Program is strictly intended for the lawful promotion of our website, enabling you to earn commissions on products acquired by individuals referred to CHANI through your website or personal referrals.

By enrolling in the CHANI Affiliate Program, you demonstrate your acceptance of this Agreement and its stipulations.

1. Application Approval or Rejection:

We retain the exclusive right to approve or reject ANY Affiliate Program Application at our sole discretion. Any rejection of your Affiliate Program Application cannot be challenged legally.

2. Commissions:

Commissions will be disbursed via PayPal. Note that no commission will be granted for your personal purchases.

Each customer referral qualifies for a single commission. Commissions are solely applicable to the customer's initial order.

Only completed transactions will warrant payment. Transactions leading to chargebacks, returns, or refunds will not be eligible for payment.

10% commission on all digital CHANI products purchased

3% commission on all physical CHANI and Gifted by FreeFrom products purchased

3. Termination:

Your participation in the Program, as well as your status as an affiliate, may be suspended or terminated for any of the following reasons:

- Inappropriate advertising (including false claims and misleading hyperlinks).

- Spamming (inclusive of mass email and newsgroup posts).

- Promoting or advertising sites engaged in illegal activities.

- Failure to disclose the affiliate relationship for promotions qualifying as endorsements under Federal Trade Commission guidelines or relevant state laws.

- Instances of self-referral, fraudulent transactions, or suspected affiliate fraud.

Furthermore, CHANI reserves the right to terminate any Affiliate account without cause or explanation, in addition to instances of Agreement violations.

4. Affiliate Links:

You may utilize the graphics and text provided by CHANI or create your own, as long as their appropriateness is ensured.

5. Coupon and Deal Sites:

CHANI may occasionally offer coupons to specific affiliates and newsletter subscribers. Unapproved affiliates are prohibited from promoting such coupons. The following conditions apply to affiliates considering the promotion of our products in conjunction with a deal or coupon:

- Affiliates must not employ misleading text on affiliate links, buttons, or images to indicate unauthorized deals.

- Bidding on CHANI's coupons, discounts, or related phrases is prohibited.

- The generation of pop-ups, pop-unders, iframes, frames, or other actions setting affiliate cookies is prohibited.

- Affiliate sites should not display text like "Click for Deal/Coupon" when no valid coupons or deals exist. Affiliates with such text on their merchant landing pages will be immediately removed from the program.

6. Liability:

CHANI will not assume responsibility for indirect or unintended damages (including loss of revenue and commissions) due to affiliate tracking malfunctions, data file losses, or any actions potentially causing harm to the Program or our website(s).

7. Term of the Agreement:

This Agreement becomes effective upon your acceptance into the Program and terminates when your Affiliate account is closed.

We retain the right to modify the terms and conditions of this Agreement at any time. If any alterations are unsatisfactory to you, your sole option is to terminate your Affiliate account. Continuing participation in the Program signifies your acceptance of any modifications.
